Book with confidence as we are members of the Pure Holiday Homes Property Owner Verification Scheme.

  • If you wish to make a provisional booking confirm your dates via email or telephone and download our terms and conditions.
  • Once confirmed we will email or post to you our booking form.
  • Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending return of the signed & completed booking form and the non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total rental amount.
  • Once this is received we will email you a confirmation letter.
  • 8 weeks prior to arrival the remaining rental balance plus the security deposit will be due for payment as per our terms and conditions.
  • Payment can be made in £ or $ by cash, cheque/check, payment direct to our UK or US bank account or by credit card via Paypal, a 4% PayPal transaction charge will be added. PayPal accepts most currencies worldwide.
