Our condo is luxuriously furnished throughout and is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans for your added comfort. There is ample free car parking available next to the condo. 

We have provided both free worldwide landline telephone calls and high speed internet and Wi-Fi access for your convenience.  There is also a desk area should you need to work whilst on vacation, just bring your laptop.

The family living area has a ceiling fan, two leather sofas, one of which converts into a double bed, 2 occasional tables with lamps, 42 inch HDTV with over 350 cable channels including Fox soccer HD channel showing live English Premiership Football, movies, children's channels, a DVD player, a Nintendo WII and a selection of DVDs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The dining area has a large table with seating for 6 people and patio doors leading out onto the private patio area overlooking the pool and resort.  The patio area has a table and four chairs, and one of the best views in Terrace Ridge.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The well equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, full set of cutlery, crockery and glassware etc. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing facilities, clothes airer and pegs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

We have 3 spacious bedrooms (sleeping for 6 adults). All of the bedrooms have walk in wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and dressers so ample space for your clothes and personal belonging and a radio alarm clock. They are all equipped with a TV with over 285 cable channels. In the Master and Queen Bedrooms we have provided NEW LCD HDTVs for your enjoyment.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, telephone and en suite facilities including a large walk in double shower with glass sliding doors, with his and hers sinks and a toilet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The second bedroom is a queen and is opposite the oversized family bathroom with a shower over bath, his and her sinks and a toilet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The third bedroom (next to family bathroom) has twin beds with a Spongebob Square Pants theme especially for the children. There is also a selection of games, books and toys to keep the children entertained.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

There are also two hair dryers, plenty of clean towels and bed linen for your use and a second DVD player that can be used in any of the bedrooms.

For the younger guests we have provided a high chair, a pack n play travel cot and a Tomy baby monitor. Our Voice Over Internet Phone system (VoIP) provides FREE unlimited Landline telephone calls to over 60 Worldwide Destinations and to some mobile/cell phones so you can stay in touch with family and friends whilst on vacation.

For your family's safety the condo is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher. There is also a safe for your families use to secure passports and personal money. Our management company is based locally and they are available to provide any help and assistance to ensure that your stay at our condo is a happy one and you return year after year.
